Thanks!** Chiuchow is a city located in the eastern Guangdong province of China. While this cuisine is well-known for its seafood, it is not limited to seafood dishes. Tonight, I will only be ordering from the Chiuchow menu to make the meal extra special. If you are interested in trying out Chiuchow cuisine or simply sharing my love for it, you are welcome to join us. As you may know, I usually don't limit the number of guests. However, this time I must do so because I am ordering a 10-course meal that I have personally picked out. This limits the number of attendees to either 12 or 24 people. The menu will be priced at around $45 including tax and gratuity, and the restaurant will not split the bill for us. Please bring $45 in cash with the exact change. To ensure that we have an accurate count of attendees, I kindly request a $20 deposit from each of you. Please send the deposit to foodeesonboard@gmail.com by February 28th (Wednesday), and I will make sure to deposit it promptly this time. Please set the password to "which resto" and answer "chiuchow". The $20 deposit will be applied toward your bill on the night of the event. I hope to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones at the event!
